I made Ryan take a picture before he went back into the kitchen. He loves to help cook or just cook. :)

Our First Disney Trip
We made it out to Disneyland back in October and it was so much fun! I swear that it brings out the little girl in me....wait I am always a little girl! We just had a great time. We went with Nike, Kirby, Jessica, Kristopher (the birthday boy), Debbie, Russ and Jenny! It was a big group and we didn't see do a lot together but the time we did spend together was awesome.
Visiting My Familia in Mexico

So about two years about my parents planned a trip to Mexico. At this time Ryan and I were still dating and I thought it would be a great trip for us to go on. So we take two weeks off work and leave on the next flight out of Utah to Mexico. This was Ryan's first time out there so he was very excited. My cousin Antonio took my parents took the capital (this is were we flew in to) to pick us up. On our way back to my parents house we decided to stop and eat breakfast. Our first Mexican breakfast...YUMMY.

Here's a picture with my mom. She was very excited to have us there everyone but Ryan and I were there so family vacation had kick off. :)

We planned the trip around my other cousin Rubi's Sweet 15. This was here on the way to the church. It was a lot of fun watching her get ready for the day she of course looks beautiful in here dress.
This is the same church that my mom and all her sister did their Sweet 15 at. I love the outside of the church so pretty. Then the party begins!! It was actually all done in my parents backyard...
This is George Ryan was so sad to eat him......But he was yummy. :)
We had a great trip, my family loved Ryan and told him that he was always welcomed back to their house. My grandpa did tell him that if he ever found out that Ryan was mean to me that dead or alive he would kick his butt! He said it in spanish so Ryan just shook his head yes and walked away!! Little does Ryan know what he got himself into. HA HA
Home Sweet Home
So Ryan and I moved in with his mom while we found a place of our own. We lived there for about 5 months. The hardest part was the commute to work, since we were all the way out in Magna and we both work in Bluffdale it took us about 45 minutes to get to work. Sucky for us during the winter because that would take longer! But thank you to his mom for letting us stay with her for awhile.
So we starting looking for a place to call home. If we had the day off work we were out looking at houses. If we weren't hanging out with family and friends we were looking at houses! Our poor realitor took us to see....this is no joke when I say this....76 houses! Yes that's right 76 houses!!! This was the one we fell in love with, the one we could picture ourselves in. The one we could picture our pictures on the wall in. It was just PERFECT!!!!! We put the offer on it and about a month later we got the keys to our house. Ryan took the day off work to start the cleaning and allow us to move in that night. We were lucky because we closed on a Thursday and then Friday we got keys to the house. Which means that Ryan and I went to pick up our bed and clothes for the night and slept in our very first home for the first night. We are so happy in our little place we love it very much and are slowing working on fixing things up.
Honeymoon
So we load our things up in the truck and his dad says "son I have the tent in the back and space heaters" I looked at him all worried now because it sounded so real. HA HA to my surprise Roger drops us off at the airport tells us to be safe and let him know when we get to our desetination. Ryan still hadn't told me where we were going. He had my passport and everything for me, and we go to check-in and......Cancun Mexico here we come! In the back of my head I was so relifed to know it wasn't camping!! I was so excited to go to Mexico. But then Ryan tells me that's not the end of our desetination there's one more place. :) Well once we get to Cancun I find out we are going to a little Island called Isla Mujeres. It was just amazing there, the hotel we stayed at was awesome they treated you like a king and queen.
This is actually the view from our hotel. They would send room service even if you didn't ask for it. Like drinks and snack it was so nice. We only ate breakfast at the hotel so that ment we were out with the locals eating MEXICAN food.
This was one of Ryan's favorite place to go eat dinner at. I think we ate her like three nights in a row!
We went on a tour of the island and it was way fun. We actally rented a golf cart for a day and drove around the island.
This was what the other side of the island looks like. Just amazing I tell you!!!!!
This was us in our little cart. I swear this cart goes 10 miles an hour and it felt like we were going very fast. We passed a couple and they pretended to raise with us. Yeah we beat them!!!
Bascially we had an amazing honeymoon. Just us spending more time together and knowing why we fell in love with each other. It was so great to relax after all the planning of the wedding for the last year. Our whole goal was to forget what day it was, what time it was and......our goal was so sucessful!!!! :)

I DO
Ryan and I got married on May 22, 2010. It was the most amazing day of our lives. Yes I know I will be saying this more through out our lifes together but it was! we had so many friends and family come to share this day with us. We can't begin to thank everyone. I know you have heard this story before but I have to share it.
The day before the wedding it was raining cats and dogs. Actually I think it was the week of the wedding that it was raining like crazy. So the night before the wedding I go to bed of course all stressed out of what the day was going to be like. Well it's raining the morning of the wedding. My family starts to show up to my parents house to get ready and get the show on the road. Well I kid you not that right as I was about to walk down the isle the clouds clear up and the sun comes out. So this makes it even better. Well we get through the ceremony and its perfect. We go do our pictures and it's still clear, right as we were done its start raining again. So it was perfect timing since we were all done. We go back over to my parents and hang out until 4 when the party started. Then again right at 4 when our guest start showing up the clouds clear up and the sun comes out again. I was blown away by this, and everyone in my family starts talking about this and how it all worked out. I am so Thankful for whoever was watching over us that day. It ment a lot to has this day as perfect as it was!
I know I say this a lot but I am so thankful for Nike (My person) no matter what was going on to me during the planning of our wedding she was there. She kept reminding me that it was my day and to do it how I wanted. She was totally my shoulder to cry on! I can't count of how many times I texted, called, emailed her all stressed about things. All she did was listen and let me vent. Once she realized that I was done venting she would give me her advise. She would always end with...."Now you do whatever you want, here is what I advise you to do!" All the advise she gave me stuck with me and I just needed to hear her say it at times! Nike you were amazing and I am so thankful for you and everything you have done for me.
Now where do I begin about my parents....simple just amazing!! Thanks for all your support and help mom and dad! For those of you that missed this day...my mom and a couple of our family friends cooked all the Mexican dinner for the wedding. This was my parents dream for my wedding. To cook EVERYTHING...It was amazing and we all loved it. Everytime we talked to someone at the wedding they told us that they loved the food and they were so excited about it. YAY for us!
How do I begin with my in laws....simple...they are amazing and I love them. Thanks for all the support and help. We love you mostest!!!! :) Anneliese made all the decor to put down the isle for the reception and it worked out perfect because we used them for the dance floor as well. They are so cute. Roger helped Ryan get my parents back yard ready for this big day. For like a month they were coming over doing yard work and pulling out a tree and so much more. All that hard work paid off because the yard looked AMAZING!
